Since casting rumors for the next Star Trek film are running rampant, here’s a bit of info straight from the horse’s mouth, or at least one of the horses. William Shatner and his daughter host an online video show through Livevideo.com which can also be seen at the Trek star’s official website Wiliamshatner.com (thanks to Cinemablend for pointing this one out). When asked about his meeting with Star Trek XI’s director and producer J.J. Abrams, Shatner confirms that he and Leonard Nimoy met separately with Abrams and “nothing really occurred as far as I’m concerned, and I’m sure with Leonard as well.”
